Help with a code..

Okay, I'm a bit stuck here;
I'm coding some cases at work and I may be over-thinking again, but ... I have a 32 yo female, 28 wks gestation with Blepharitis. Do I code the pregnancy or not? I think I do, but I'm not sure and I cannot locate a code ... lost in work on Black Friday.

If she is coming in for Blepharitis code that then use the V22.2 Pregnant state incidental code to tell the story that she is also pregnant which likely went into the physician's medical decision making.
